To help keep you committed and responsible for your actions and behaviours in reaching your goals, seek out an accountability partner whose only focus is keeping you on your path.

Is there someone who you trust and can learn from?

Be open about your goal and the results you are looking to achieve and be clear in your communication.

Ask this person to be your cheerleader along the way and to hold you to your commitments if you waiver.

The idea is to have a buddy who will challenge, motivate, mentor, encourage and inspire you to achieve maximum results.
