Our Online Coaching service will not only educate you on what needs to be done with food and exercise, it will prepare you for a healthy combination of physical, mental, emotional and social well being.


1. Questionnaire – Upon signup you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help us understand your goals, training history, diet and current fitness levels.

2. Nutrition plan – We provide analysis and feedback of current eating habits and create a customised nutrition plan. Each day’s caloric intake and macro nutrient split in nutrition reflects the training you are going to do. Caloric intake is calculated based on your height, weight, age and activity level and body type. The meals included in your plan will be selected based on your food preferences and intolerances. Where possible we will look to address any issues of indigestion you suffer from frequency as we have very advanced methods of food combining that allow most people to alleviate these unnecessary ailments.

3. Bespoke Training Program – You receive a customised training program based on your current condition and fitness goals with the information provided about your exercise history, current fitness levels and training environment. This is designed on a bespoke basis with three phases (for the 90 day, and two phases for the 60 day).

As your training program is created personally, it generally takes me 3-5 day to deliver your program to you. Our goal is to get you motivated and fully engaged in your program as soon as possible.

Each plan is tailored using responses you provide in your questionnaire, expected results and your feedback during your plan. Based on your feedback and food logs for example, we tailor the provided plan to suit your preferences as best we can, whilst still ensuring your macronutrients and calorie consumption are tweaked to yield optimum results.

This depends on several factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, effort applied to each workout, consistency, proper caloric ratio and intake, nutritional quality and variety.

Generally you will start to see significant physical changes within 4 weeks of starting your program. The nature of the changes you’ll observe will depend on your original training goal.

You will need an email address and access to the Internet via desktop or mobile (iOS /Android). The mobile and desktop application is an integrated client and communication management software program in which we have invested to deliver our clients the highest level of program and connection services. All clients must download the App, as it will be our singular database for measurement tracking, program design, calendar, communication and statistics. You will also need to read then agree to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy.

You must be 18 and over to use our services.

FitnetPro services are accessible worldwide.

All payments are made via the secure payment method PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

All payments are final and we do not provide refunds. You may switch between online or telephone services.

Whilst on the plan you will have full, unlimited access to your personally assigned coach via email and in app instant messaging. If you have questions about nutrition, training or need a little motivational support, your personal coach will be on hand to help you.

Our services are suitable for people of all ages (over 18), backgrounds, and fitness levels, whether you are new to exercises or not.

Yes, we provide an initial nutritional audit, further education and write menu suggestions and opinions about food choices, caloric intake, macronutrients, meal timing, shopping lists, preparation and tracking. We personalise every component of your journey. You may require a tailored plan or a flexible plan where you choose your own meals. We endeavour to educate clients on best practices and assist in the development of meal plan options.

The food options provided give you lots of choice and flexibility. So, if there is an ingredient that you are allergic or intolerant to then the majority of the time you will be able to swap this for something else. Be sure to notify your coach in your initial correspondence.

This is very much dependent on your goals, however, we recommend that you complete 3-5 sessions per week in order to achieve the greatest results. Workouts are designed to take 30- 60 minutes to complete. Duration is also dependent on fitness level and which phase of the program you are on.

Yes, our workouts are bespoke and suited to your training environment. We try to ensure you can complete all workouts in any environment with minimal equipment. Workouts can be done in the gym, should you prefer this. We will make recommendations on a case-by-case basis with regards to equipment required.

Options include body measurements, photos, as well as tracking your workouts and strength progress within the app.

Yes, however, we recommend that you speak to your assigned coach to ensure this is done to optimise results and not hinder progress.

That is very much dependent on your starting point, your end goal and how you wish to progress further. You may wish to continue (for a longer duration) even if you have made great progress with your initial 30, 60 or 90 day program. Goals can change as you lose weight or gain muscle. Ultimately, this will depend on the level of change required and the degree to which the coaching relationship is preferable to training alone. 

Online Personal Training is ideal for people that travel or take vacations. We can develop full bodyweight programs or build based on equipment you have available.

Please be advised that we are in no position to diagnose injuries. Please seek medical advice and approval before commencing any training program. Depending on the type of condition or injury and the stage of healing, we will create programs that limit stress to the affected area. We will create corrective exercise strategies to improve joint stabilisation, connective tissue strength and flexibility.

The Body Plan has been carefully periodised so you complete 30 days of activity with a blend of intensities.

Yes. This is dependent on your current fitness level, the more active you are the better.
