Phase 2 of the Body Plan was a great progression from phase 1.
Everything was well organised in the app so it’s portable and easy to access anywhere, anytime.
The workouts were challenging but ‘do-able’ and can be done with a range of weights based on your personal ability.
I was able to enter and save data such as how many reps I completed, and with what weight in the allocated time. The workouts follow similar formats for consistency but change regularly enough to not get boring.
The nutritional goals in particular were tailored and based on my personal goals, weight and measurements, all of which are monitored and reviewed weekly.
Personally, I have learnt so much from the Body Plan phase 2 program. My coach has shown me new ways to exercise and stay active which has encouraged me to push myself beyond my comfort zone.
The nutrition was a real learning curve for me because although generally health conscious, I had never been on any particular diet or paid attention to calories or macros. Now I am much more aware of what I’m putting in my body, it has been a great lesson for me.
Lastly, and probably most importantly, the results! Despite being an active gym goer before this, I have honestly never seen such a visible change in my body in my life, let alone in such a short period of time. I have lost a significant amount of body fat while maintaining strength and muscle.
I look and feel so much better. With the help and advice of my committed, friendly and professional coach, my determination has been rejuvenated to continue progressing with my fitness journey…. Roll on phase 3!!
