The aim of this phase is to continue to build strength endurance, increase lean muscle mass and lose body fat. This is a progression of phase 2 where you will be training at a higher intensity and putting more stress on the muscles to elicit growth.
Equipment required: Dumbbells/Kettlebells, Resistance bands, Water bottle, and a backpack
It is important you follow the key points included in the program as this will give you the best opportunity to maximise results.
