Completing the 30 Day Body Plan was the most consistent exercise I have done in 2 years.
The sessions were challenging but achievable and each workout was clear to follow. The calendar of workouts helped exercise become a habit for a whole month. In fact, the whole plan is seamless. Mel’s guidance throughout was really motivating!
The guidance on meals was really helpful and flexible. My weight loss has plateaued and this plan was exactly what I needed. Following a Keto diet was easy to maintain due to the variety of meal suggestions and recipes on the Body Plan!
