I always felt that exercise was a chore and I was never consistent. I would work out for a week and realise 2 weeks had gone by and I hadn’t done anything. After years with this mentality, my metabolism caught up with me.
I made a choice to commit to the 30 day body plan and I’m proud of what I have achieved. 8kg later, I feel healthier, leaner and more energetic. It wasn’t easy but definitely manageable. With Mel’s guidance and motivation, I stuck with it! As the weeks progressed, I felt stronger and even became reacquainted with a hint of my abs.
This programme has helped to reinstall a healthy mindset and now. I’m ready for phase 2 💪🏽
