I’ve never had a problem with motivation for training, but wanted to do boxing, so PT seemed like a good idea.
I really enjoyed the sessions with Mel. He kept them fun and always challenging. I trained with Mel for his personality as much as his experience.
I’ve always really enjoyed training having spent the majority of my career in the fitness sector that’s no surprise. I liked the fact Mel just took charge of the session and I didn’t have to think about anything!
What I liked most was the glute activation and the stretching as it really helped with my stability – having had knee and hip issues for some time.
What made me happiest was his professional yet very friendly personality. The whole process was really enjoyable!
