Doing all the ‘right’ things but not losing weight?

Not losing weight but you’re doing everything you can. Think about it and ask yourself the following questions…

Are you focused on scale weight?

Could you be eating more/less than you think?

How consistent are you?

How do you manage stress and lack of sleep?

Are you aware of the mental aspects of weight loss?

Is your training intensity high enough? Are you challenged?
