Am I eating enough to stimulate muscle repair?

How am I eating before and after my workouts?

Am I eating enough protein?

Am I getting enough sleep, rest and recovery?

Is my training intensity high enough?

Am I training frequently enough?

Is my training plan progressively varied and periodised?

Am I doing enough weight training?

Am I doing too much cardio?

Am I motivated?
