To assess your sleep deficit, ask yourself the following:
- Am I often tired?
- Is my sleep uninterrupted during the night?
- Do I wake up feeling refreshed.
- Do I get drowsy whilst driving or watching TV later in the day?
- Am I relying on caffeine to get me through the day?
